Inspection & entry-point survey
A full walk-through of the roof void, subfloor, perimeter and outbuildings. We map every entry point larger than a 10-cent piece, locate active runs, and identify the species before anything is set down.
Targeted baiting, trapping & proofing
Tamper-resistant bait stations and snap traps placed only along confirmed runs — never scattered, never in the open. Exclusion mesh installed where the entry survey calls for it.
